WHAT WILL I NEED?
For the most part all you need is access to email. But, a notepad or journal will also be great and I'd encourage you to get The Daily Page. The Daily Page is the planner design I created, and I'll teach you how to utilize it as a place to organize all your goals + plans for the year ahead. CAN I USE A DIFFERNT KIND OF PLANNER?
Yes. Although we will talk about The Daily Page and I will use it as an example, the information provided will apply to any type of planner (or not using a planner at all!).
IS THIS A CHALLENGE OR A DIET?
No. This will mostly be a pretty relaxed series of emails that I hope help you feel grounded and connected as we transition from one year to the next. You can open them when the time is right for you, and progress through them at your own pace. Your 2022 goals are completely up to you, whether those goals are related to health, finances, work, or something else! This is simply a framework to help you identify them and take action.
