During the 12 months that I was actively podcasting, I wrote, recorded, edited, published and promoted 40 episodes and received more than 40,000 downloads to date.

From 2013-2018 I taught over 1,000 students through in-person workshops across the Midwest US. The workshops were focused on social media strategies for small business owners.
