LET'S GO!

How to Easily Create Email Templates in Gmail: a step-by-step video tutorial that will help you create optimized email templates quickly and easily.

If you spend a significant amount of your day on email, setting up email templates can save you a lot of time and mental bandwidth. This tutorial will walk you through how to easily create email templates in gmail and how to use, edit, and delete them.

Before you jump into the video tutorial, here are some tips!

  • Take a few moments to think about the emails you find yourself typing repeatedly. Those are the messages you’ll want to create templates for.
  • Browse back through your sent messages to see if there are any recurring themes if you need a place to start.
  • Open past emails that would make good templates in a new tab and copy and paste them to create your templates and save time.

Click on this video for a short (3:49) video showing these steps, and see below for a text breakdown.
