The Last Half Effort - Thyme Is Honey

LET'S GO!

The year might be half over, but rather than see it as an “all downhill from here” scenario, I like to amp myself up about what can be enjoyed and established in the remaining 182 days.

If you’d like to end the year on a high note, I’d love to invite you to join me for The Last Half Effort. Think of it as fun (and free!) group coaching that will allow you to make small, sustainable adjustments to your daily life to end the year happier, healthier, and more hydrated (my three favorite H’s!). Whether you want to develop healthier habits, tackle some big projects, or set clear goals — this is for you. Keep reading for all the deets.

What/When

The Last Half Effort will officially kick off on Sunday, July 24th, and will go through December 31. It’s 100% free to join and takes place online.

Expectations

We’re all about making things impactful but also simple. So this is not a tightly regulated or time-consuming “challenge”, rather I wanted to create some guidelines that will gently nudge you in the direction of alignment, presence, and productivity. So the request is that for the next six months you will:

  1.  Fill out The Daily Page to the best of your ability at least 4 days per week.
  2. Stay hydrated each day by making water accessible and sipping consistently.
  3. Complete a very short monthly journaling activity to help you connect with your goals for 2023.

It’s not expected that you nail each one of these (although I know some of you will!) the idea is to enter 2023 with better habits and some clear goals. Sound fun?

How to Join

  1. Get The Daily Page. What format you use is entirely up to you! You can grab a free (watermarked) PDF that you can print at home, or choose between a 50-page notebook, 6-Month Planner, or 3-Month Planner & Journal. The difference between the 6-Month Planner and the 3-Month Planner & Journal is simply that the 3-Month Planner & Journal has lined sheets on the back of each daily page, so you have extra space for journaling or notes. That’s the version I’ll be using, but any of them will work! If you don’t have the designated journaling space, you can use the “notes” section of The Daily Page or get a separate notebook/journal to use for the monthly journaling activities. If you have an iPad you can also check out The Daily Page Digital Planner. Up to you! In any case, you’ll get a code for 15% off your order when you complete step 3, below!
  2. Designate a water glass and start keeping it with you. This is my favorite one, but use whatever you have or prefer! The challenge is just to make water accessible and sip consistently throughout the day — especially when you feel any of the early signs of dehydration such as fatigue, moodiness, or brain fog. You don’t need to chug water or hit a specific daily goal — we’re going for consistency and learning to listen to our body’s thirst cues.
  3. Join the challenge to get the journaling prompts + other coaching tips via email (sorry, enrollment closed on August 1, 2022!). The prompts will be shared during the 1st week of each month and will only take 3 minutes of your time.
