90 Thought-Provoking Journal Prompts That Will Change your life (and that you probably haven't heard before!).

Did you know that when I first started my blog back in 2009, it was originally named “Life’s a Journal”? I used to do a ton of journaling. In fact, I still have dozens of journals from when I was younger and love looking through them. But somewhere over the past decade I totally fell off with the practice. Determined to get back into it I kicked October off with The Daily Page Planner + Journal (buy one, here). This version of my best-selling design includes a lined page for journaling each day! It’s been a great way for me to get back into the habit of journaling, even if I sometimes stare at the blank page — unsure what to write! That’s when I love this incredible list of 90 Journaling Prompts. Hope it’s helpful as you fill in the pages of your journal.
