Proper hydration is one of the simplest, fastest, and most affordable ways we can improve how we look, feel, and perform. And yes…most of us really suck at it.

More than 75% of adults suffering from chronic mild dehydration, which isn’t severe enough to require a hospital stay, but does force your body to function in a lower gear in order to conserve energy. The first signs of dehydration are mental “cloudiness”, fatigue, or trouble focusing, and most of us function in this state all day every day.

Hydration is a series of small daily habits, and being consistent with them is the key to achieving the optimum form of hydration that allows your body to start functioning in its highest gears. Not only will you experience the physical benefits of hydration — clearer skin, brighter eyes, healthier hair, skin, and nails — but also the cognitive benefits — more energy, increased creativity and motivation, ability to focus longer!  It can take up to two weeks of these consistent habits to start feeling all the benefits, so I’ve created a 2-week online course that will walk you through the process and help keep you accountable for two weeks to ensure you develop habits that stick.
