There are few things I love more than a completed to-do list…but a rest day is definitely one of them.🙌🏼 Just putting this here as a reminder to all of us that we are allowed to have lazy days…and that we should reframe our mindset to accept rest and leisure as very important forms of productivity.
My favorite way to “waste” a day is sitting in a coffee shop with nothing but my iPad and headphones. I avoid connecting it to the wifi so that it’s just me, any reading material I’ve taken offline, and all my favorite sketching or organization apps. What’s your ideal day off look like?
