Wondering what to do with that last little layer of jam that’s stuck in the bottom of your jar? Allow me to introduce you to Jam Jar Vinaigrette!
It’s a great way to use up that lingering amount of jam, while simultaneously cleaning out the jar, and making a delicious salad. To make it just add the following to the jar:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
salt + pepper to taste
Shake it vigorously for 30-60 seconds until all ingredients are combined. Will make enough for two modestly sized salads. Enjoy!
