You’ve heard me say it a million times: being hydrated will change your life. I’ve been drinking 150 oz per day for the past 7ish years and cannot imagine going back.
While consuming a large amount of water each day comes pretty naturally to me, it never hurts to have reminders. If you’re just getting started or are trying to increase your water consumption it can really help to have a plan, reminders, goals, anything that helps ensure you are getting your daily minimum! I’ve got lots of tips and tricks for the novice #hydravangelist!
My Facebook Group (join here) provides you with occasional reminders right on your Facebook newsfeed (you know you’re bored and scrolling it when you could and should be hydrating!).
