There’s one week left in August and I feel like we’re all probably in the same boat. August always goes so quickly. You’re hanging on to summer, trying to finish off that summer bucketlist, but also anticipating fall and all that it brings. For me, August is usually pretty wild with work, too, as clients start wrapping up their summer campaigns and direct their attention to the upcoming holidays. Thinking about Christmas when it’s 88 degrees outside can make for some strange afternoons.
Anyways, I’m here to tell you that we can do it. There’s still a week left. 7 days. 168 hours. Force yourself to sit down and make a list of the ten most important things you’d like to finish before the month is up. Make sure those ten things aren’t just work projects, or cleaning out closets. Include summer activities that you haven’t gotten to experience yet. Kayak on a local lake. Attend an outdoor concert. There’s still plenty of time! We can do it.
How do I get it all done? Simple. I fill out The Daily Page, my secret weapon for aligning my work + wellness.
It is now available as a spiral-bound planner, notepad, instant digital download, or planner for the Goodnotes app.
My online course will teach you how to achieve optimum hydration and get organized using The Daily Page.
