These little guys are guaranteed to impress your next brunch guests, and they’re easy to make! If you want to keep it really low-key, you can even make them the day before, freeze them, and then pop them in the oven before your guests arrive.
Maple Glazed Turkey Sausage Patties or Links (fully cooked)
Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Finely chop the jalapeno and mix it into your raw egg mixture. Scramble your eggs and set aside. Cut the sausage links or patties into cubes. Next, place a wonton wrapper on a plate and then layer the eggs, sharp cheddar and sausage. Seal the edges of the wrapper using water, and then lightly glaze the outside of the wonton with 100% pure maple syrup. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy. Serve with a side of 100% pure maple syrup.
