Spring cleaning got a bit intense for me this year. It motivated me to remove everything from our walls, fix nail holes and spots, and take a more simplistic approach. Recently I tackled our kitchen and dining room, and decided that I wanted to somehow showcase this amazing Virginia Woolf quote, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” This quote speaks to me on so many levels and it’s something that I try to remind myself of every day. We are what we eat! How we live is determined by what we put on and in our bodies.

Print them at home or put the files on a drive and take them to a local print shop. Since it’s black and white they will be able to print it for you on standard paper at a very good price (mine was $3). It looks great hung on the wall alone or in a poster frame.
