Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that stands as a great sense of pride for Mexico, primarily in the state of Puebla, where the holiday is called El Día de la Batalla de Puebla. It is not considered a national holiday, but it serves as a way to celebrate Mexican ethnicity and is celebrated in many ways all over the world. One of those ways is of course, by enjoying Mexican cuisine, including the beverages.
