Alright, day 15 of #TheMayChallenge and we have almost wrapped up week #2! Although it feels like the month is flying by, it’s a good idea to look at a calendar and remember that there are still two FULL weeks left of May, which is plenty of time to change your habits! If you haven’t already, be sure to check out the 7-day Dinner Plan that was posted last week and plan a shopping trip for the weekend! This morning I put together this list of some life rules I try to follow. I framed it and hung it in my office—maybe seeing it every day will remind me to do them (I definitely hug my dog like 10,000 times a day so I have that one covered). What would be on your sign?
