I recently came across this quote by Virginia Woolf and it really stuck in my head. I am constantly reminded of the positive changes that have occurred in my life since I made a switch to cleaner eating & hydration. It’s incredible when you realize that everything you put on or in your body can effect every aspect of your life. One of the books that sent me on that journey was Hungry for Change, I recommend reading it if you are feeling the need for change in your life.
