Honey and Cilantro Shrimp Salad | Thyme is Honey

If you’re as crazy for cilantro as I am you will love this Honey + Cilantro Shrimp Salad! Start by mixing the glaze ingredients and then spooning it over shrimp. Bake the shrimp at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes. If your shrimp were frozen it may take longer. Remove them from the oven, serve on top of a bed of lettuce (I also added celery, red onion, tomato & shaved almonds), and finish with this homemade Greek Yogurt + Cilantro Dressing. The dressing is refreshing with a little kick—-I love it as a summer dip for practically anything!
