Remember my challenge to work out every morning for two weeks? Well, I did it. And not only did I do it for two, but I worked out every morning for three weeks. And I enjoyed it. So, I’m on to week four and I have enrolled in a Barre Exercise class at Align Pilates in Uptown (Minneapolis). We have a fun group of ladies going and it is an enjoyable time. But let me warn you—this barre class is not all ballet and plies. You sweat until it’s running in your eyes—the cardio intensity is high but so is the enjoyment. Today’s Inspiration: Weighted Yoga Balls, (seriously how cute are these) Water Bottles from H2OMG, Yoga Bag & Mat Combo, Sweatband (totally necessary).
