We are busy people. And I’m definitely not complaining about that. But I am complaining about the fact that I rarely feel like I can squeeze in a work out. Once I get home from work, I either have a million things I want to do, or else we have plans (before which I probably do not want to break a sweat). Bottom line, I use our busy lives as an excuse. But no more. For the next two weeks I am challenging myself to wake up when Josh’s alarm goes off at 5:40 am, and get my workout in each day. It starts tomorrow. *yawn*. Wish me luck!
